1. Shipping Information

Order Processing

We pride ourselves on quick turnaround. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details and tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship globally (excluding Asia and some remote areas) using reliable carriers to ensure your marine products reach you safely and efficiently.

  • Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx.
    • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment.
    • Cost: $12.95 (applicable to all orders).
  • Free Shipping: Shipped via EMS for orders over $50.
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

2. Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind the quality of our boats, motors, and marine gear. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Eligibility

You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order, provided:

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • You include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Note on Non-Returnable Items: For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective upon arrival:
  • Inflatable boats that have been inflated or used.
  • Outboard motors that have been installed or used.
  • Any products that have been assembled, used, or modified after delivery.

Please inspect these items immediately upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if you suspect a defect.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email our crew at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return or exchange.
  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  3. Ship the Item: Package the item securely in its original packaging, include the RMA number on the outside, and ship it to our returns address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product). For exchanges, we cover the shipping costs for the replacement item.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Note: Shipping fees (both original and return) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
