We understand that sometimes things don’t work out, which is why we’ve created a straightforward returns and exchanges process. Please review our policy below.
1. Returns & Exchanges Eligibility
You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- You must include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
- Certain items, as noted below, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Inflatable boats that have been inflated or used (due to potential wear and safety concerns).
- Outboard motors that have been installed or used (unless defective).
- Any products that have been assembled, used, or modified after delivery.
2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return or exchange.
- Wait for Approval: We will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
- Ship the Item: Package the item securely in its original packaging, include the RMA number on the outside of the box, and ship it to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product). If you are exchanging an item, we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement item.
4. Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Note: Shipping fees (both original and return) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different size or model, follow the return process above. Once we receive your return, we will ship the new item to you. Exchanges are subject to availability.
